COMPUTER UPGRADE

 

You can upgrade your MSGW computer with all our service partners. If by chance MSGW sales partner does not have its own service, the upgrade can be done in our central service in Rugvica. In this way, the warranty on the computer is still valid, while the warranty on the component is equal to the greater between the original warranty of that component and the configuration.

IN CASE OF FAULT

 

Just don’t panic.
Contact an authorized service center and try to determine whether this is a hardware or software failure by e-mail or telephone. If the latter is the case, it is very likely that you will be able to fix the problem yourself with the help of our expert. If it is necessary to have it serviced by a qualified person or to replace the problematic component, you can return the computer together with the accompanying paperwork to the place where you bought it or take it to an authorized service center.
